Day 10- I'll be on the roof.

I'm learning how to cook. My classroom is an outdoor kitchen on the roof of a 7 story building in Cambodia. Seriously, it is awesome. But I'm such a clumsy messy cook and I have no idea what Im doing in the kitchen. I've survived the last 24 years by having other people cook for me, or living on a ywam base where.....people still cook for me, or eating things like scrambled eggs and burritos. But now I dont have a choice, so Im embracing my inner chef- in our kitchen in the sky. And tonight I'm attempting burgers, it should be fun.
